Return policy for online order/fax order

You may return all unopened items purchased at Enagic Online Store or unopened items ordered through fax within fifteen (15) days of the receiving date. If there is any error in your order, please contact us in 1 week of your original receipt date. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. However please call our office at (604)214-0065 before you return any merchandise. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within seven (7) days of receiving the returned item. If a refund, chargeback, or cancellation is issued for an AMEX card, a 3.5% service fee will apply.



All orders are shipped via UPS. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Shipping timeframes apply after order has been processed. You will receive emails updating you on the status of your order and can always check the status from your Orders page in your Account area.
